Because Proceedings must be
ready for distribution at the opening of the Congress,
Adherence to deadlines is necessary for all papers.

| 150-250 word abstract due
to ASP via email. |

Full research papers due
to ASP via email. Six page maximum, single spaced. (See
Guidelines) |

| Monday, December 10,

Authors notified if
modifications are needed for final research papers. |

| Monday, January 7, 2008 |

Final papers submitted to
ASP office via email. |

| Friday, February 1,
2008 |

|
Presenters MUST be
registered to attend the Congress with full payment of
registration fees. Abstracts and research papers
submitted for publication process on CD. |

place in Tampa, Florida. All attendees receive abstracts
in booklet and Congress Proceedings on CD on arrival. |
