IMPORTANT DEADLINES

Proceedingswill be ready for distribution at the opening of the Congress,
so adherence to deadlines is necessary for all papers.

Monday, May 1, 2006	Notice of Intent to Participate due to ASP office.
Monday, June 5, 2006	150-250 word abstract due to ASP via email.
Monday, July 3, 2006	Full research papers due to ASP via email. Six page maximum, single spaced. (see Guidelines.)
Monday, August 14, 2006	Authors notified if modifications are needed for final research papers.
Monday, September 11, 2006	Final papers submitted to ASP office via email.
Monday, October 2, 2006	Presenters MUST be registered to attend the Congress with full payment of registration fees. Abstracts and research papers submitted for publication process on CD.
Thursday, November 2, 2006	All attendees at the 33rd Congress receive abstracts in booklet and Congress Proceedings on CD on arrival.
